We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and requesting refunds related to our natural fertilizers and pest control solutions.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be in their original, unopened condition
- Items must be in their original packaging with all labels intact
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods that have passed their expiration date
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
